Kemarin dalam event London Fashion Week 2014 di Somerset House saya berkesempatan untuk bisa masuk ke dalam Designer Showroom, dimana tempat tersebut berisikan seluruh koleksi designer yang tergabung dalam #LFW 2014 dari mulai accessories seperti perhiasan, sepatu, tas, hingga pakaian. Dalam kesempatan ini ada satu hal yang paling menarik perhatian saya, karena saya bisa langsung melihat, menyentuh bahkan mencoba secara langsung hasil mahakarya dari designer itu sendiri, dan yang tidak kalah menarik yaitu saya bisa bertemu langsung dan mengobrol dengan para designer, "siapa sih yang gak mau kenalan sama mereka?". Pada hari itu langkah saya terhenti ketika saya melihat sebuah kacamata berbahan dasar kayu yang dibentuk dengan pola yang sangat menarik seperti sebuah persegi enam, setengah lingkaran, dan ada juga yang berupa campuran dari bahan pelastik yang menggunakan warna yang tidak biasa. Saya bertemu dengan Natalie Finch dan Patricia Williams adalah designer dibalik kacamata luar biasa ini, "TERMITE" Eyewear ditemukan pada tahun 2012 yang merealisasikan koleksi yang kreatif, menyenangkan, dengan design yang masa kini. Untuk mendapatkan aspek "ORGANIK" tapi tidak kehilangan gaya, mereka juga menambahkan warna yang tidak biasa dan berntuk-bentuk yang sesuai dengan tren setiap musim yang di targetkan untuk perempuan dan laki-laki. Dan mereka berhasil mengambil hati saya, dengan koleksi terbaru mereka PALM PEACH SS15 yang terinspirasi oleh 1970's photography in Miami, florida, palm peach beams yang sangat kuat dengan warna-warna dip-dye dan kombinasi tekstur asli dari kayu. 

For Saturday 13th's London Fashion Week 2014 event at Somerset House I had the opportunity to get into the Designer Showroom, which contained the entire collection of each designer who joined #LFW 2014. I started with accessories such as jewellery, shoes, bags, before looking at the clothing. I loved the fact that we could see, touch and even try on the designer clothes, and also meet and chat with the designers; who would not want to chat with them? On that day, I stopped in my tracks when I saw a range of glasses made ​​from moulded wood with very interesting styles, such as hexagonal and semi-circular, and some with a mixture of plastic materials that use dip-dye colours. I met with Natalie Finch and Patricia Williams, the designers behind these incredible sunnies; TERMITE Eyewear was founded originally in the summer of 2012, and thrives to represent creativity, fun, youthfulness and edginess, adding colour and shape to trend based seasonal collection launches for both men's and women's eyewear. All pieces are laser cut and then hand worked, using materials that are responsibly sourced from independently reclaimed and recycled wood organisations. TERMITE just grabbed my heart, with their latest collection PALM PEACH SS15 inspired by 1970’s photography in Miami, Florida,  PALM PEACH beams intense dip-dye colours and textural combinations. Challenging shape and construction to support their industrial aesthetic, the new collection is set against their signature raw wood finish on birch ply.
